Please do not purchase text prior to first class meeting. Classroom Decorum: In order to efficiently teach online class I will use zoom and record my lectures. At the end of each online zoom meeting there be a quiz problem that you can reply to me either right away when in zoom class or by email anikolay@mdc.edu. Please let me know that you are in online Statistics class. Grading Policy: You are assigned to do a few odd problems from the sections we cover . You will be responsible for the homework assignments on the tests. All the homework put together will count as a single exam, and addition to the homework there will be daily quizzes, midterm and a final. Final will be due on a last day of class. Pictures/scans of all work to be send by email to anikolay@mdc.edu Homework = 20% Homework 1(Ch2-4) is due on Midterm day; Homework 2(Ch 5-8) is due on Final day Quizzes = 40% Midterm = 20% Final = 20% Your final grade will be distributed according to the following scale: Average of 90-100% A Average of 80-89% B Average of 70-79% C Average of 60-69% D Average below 60% F
